Processing
Orders are processed sequentially by date of receipt, after the receipt of payment.
Shipments take place on Tuesdays of each week.

Conditions
Within the European Union and with a few exceptions (for example, specimens grown in particular substrates) the plants are shipped bare-rooted. Plants are always shipped bare-rooted outside the European Union.

Cuttings are done on order, disinfected and sent immediately.
Shipping is always done at costs and risks of the customer.

Shipping services

Our shipments are entrusted to qualified couriers both for the national territory and abroad, the cost of which varies based on delivery times and other additional services.

The new parcel shipping service of Poste Italiane.
For abroad, the Poste Delivery Business International Standard service is available.

The service is managed by DHL Deutsche Post, with delivery within two working days of shipment and includes the On Demand Delivery option for the management of the delivery by the recipient, who, if necessary, can choose to change the date, leave the package in a safe place, to a neighbor, to a DHL collection point, to another address or to leave it in DHL custody for at least 30 days. The service includes additional costs for delivery at defined times (by 9, 10 and 12) - more information on request.

DHL ADDITIONAL COSTS
The choice of DHL courier to complete your purchase can lead to additional costs that we have to estimate for each individual destination, so it is necessary that, once the order is completed, you wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the payment.

Remote area
Delivery to hard-to-reach areas may incur an additional cost of €6 in Italy and €20 abroad. You can find out in advance whether your destination address is included in this category by consulting the TrakingMore website.

CITES practices
The shipment outside the European Union of plants and seeds subject to CITES regulation is subject to an extraordinary cost for the management of the file of €50.

Costs

The the cost shown in the sales quote refers to shipments with a maximum weight of 2 kg. If this limit is exceeded, the customer is contacted to integrate any additional cost, to modify the order or, again, to cancel it.
