Return
Being perishable goods, plants ordered are not returned in the event that, once received, the client changes its mind about the purchase.
Compensation
In the event that the plants are received damaged or death please re-send them back within 7 days after receipt . We will refund you the costs of the plants and their return.
Liability
Plants are shipped at the risk of the consignee. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of the goods to the shipping services. We accept no responsibility for any problems that may be incurred after the shipment is carried out, as in the cases in which the plants arrive damaged or death to the consignee due to inefficiency of the carriers, or in case the goods will not be accepted by the offices of the local customs for omission by the customer in submitting the appropriate documentation (see the section Certifications).
Delay in delivery • For all damages caused by delay in delivery of the goods due to shipping services, local services inspection of the goods by the customs or quarantine centers, please forward any claim to the companies or services mentioned.
Import rejected by the customs authorities • if the import of goods is rejected because of missing or incorrect documents or any other violation of local regulations in terms of importation, the goods may be destroyed in your country. For our part we will not either accept the return of goods, nor replace or compensate the plants and the cost of shipping. If the plants will be sent back we will not accept the goods, that will be destroyed upon arrival.
Damaged packaging • Before you accept the package, take care to inspect for possible damages. If the packaging has suffered major damage during transport (as in the case of crushing) to poor care of the courier or other accidental cause, it is possible that the plants contained in it are damaged or death. In this case refuse delivery or sent a claim to the shipping service immediately upon receipt of the parcel. The plants that are damaged or death due to service damages will not be replaced or compensated.
Lost packages • In the case of loss of a parcel we will send a claim to the shipping service. We are also available to provide every support to enable the goods recover. The plants lost will not be replaced or compensated because of the loss of the shipment.
